Fubar the Friendly didn’t ever intend to become a legendary portal-hopper and foamsmith. Indeed Fubar the Friendly (aka Fubar Elf Slayer but best not mention that) was a legendary blacksmith in his homeland of Northtown.
T’was but a chance encounter with a golden coin (cursed, naturally) and the roll of a die that sent the universe into a spin, a portal opened and Fubar found himself, his horse and his cart laden with the finest weapons and shields crafted of priceless elven silver, dwarfolken steel and the rarest of magic runemetals thrust into a field adjacent to the A19 in North Yorkshire, whereupon all those fine weapons became foam, albeit foam of the finest quality.
Needless to say, Fubar saw an opportunity and with the power of the portals now within his grasp, he travels through time and space to legendary battlefields far and wide to bring back the most exquisite artefacts for your delight, fun and safe shenanigans.

60cm diameter, these shields rock! Lightweight but sturdy foam, encircled with bands of metal (foam) and a studded metal boss (foam). It might be made of foam but it feels like a badass viking shield you’ll want to take everywhere with you.
